      1. Discovery Call opportunity offered strictly by invitation and to the addressed recipients; this survey may not be forwarded to other individuals under any circumstances.  
      2. Only decision-makers for their organization’s Data and IT related matters are eligible for the reward.
      3. Shortly after survey completion, we reach out to respondents in order to confirm authenticate intent. Intent authentication ensures the highest standards of identity protection.    
      4. A work email ID is mandatory for confirmation purposes.   
      5. Shared contact information may be used for future promotional campaigns, and ongoing communications with Adept Paneland its affiliates. By accepting the terms and conditions, you opt-in for all such communications from Insight Lab, its affiliates and sponsors.
      6. Adept Panelaims to take reasonable steps to allow you to request certain information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes of third parties. 
      7. If you are a Californian resident, you have certain data protection rights under the California Protection Rights Act (the CPRA). Under the CCPA/CPRA, “sharing” is defined to include disclosures of personal data to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can make choices to allow or prevent such uses.
